Easy to Learn Guitar SongsEverybody Starts Here

Having some easy to learn guitar songs will help build your playing ability and confidence as you learn the basics of music.

This is how everybody starts off learning their first songs. Every guitar player was at this point at one time, no matter how good they are today. They just kept learning and practicing.

This is a good way to get started actually playing and developing your sense of rhythm on the guitar as you learn the guitar basics.

Start slow and learn the chords first before trying to play the song.

Practice changing from one chord to the next first without keeping time. You just want to be able to move your fingers from one chord to the next.

It will get easier and there are many other easy guitar songs out there using the same chords.

After you can change fairly easy try playing each chord for 4 beats each just the way you tap your foot to a song on the radio.

These are good guitar songs for beginners or even someone who has been playing and can add some fills or fancy chord changes.

If the barred F chord is too hard to finger now try the short version. You will be able to later on.

There are some extra chords here that aren’t in any of the songs. I had some extra space, try them out.

The B♭ chord is also hard to get good clear notes in the beginning. If you practice these chords up around the 10th fret they will be easier to play. You will have to work them down the neck a little at a time.

Wonderful Tonight
Easy to Learn Guitar songs

Here is an easy to learn guitar song. This might not be where you want to start if your a metal head(no offense intended) but the women love songs like this and that’s what matters.

This isn’t what I would call one of the easy guitar songs to learn but it moves slowly and there are only 4 chords.

This song calls for a different D chord than the one above. I’ll show you all the chords for this song.

Use this D when it follows the G chord and use the other D from up above after the C chord.

The reason for this is the bass line goes from G to F sharp to E.
